Everyone Is Welcome
We respect all body types, backgrounds, and experiences. Every session is personalised—because your body and story are unique.
Come As You Are
Clients return not just for the massage, but for how it makes them feel: calm, cared for, and renewed.
If you need a moment of peace or want to invest in your wellbeing—we’d love to welcome you to our treatment room.
But of course we do have “Rules.”
To keep our space safe, respectful, and truly restorative—for clients and therapists alike—we have a few non-negotiables. These policies aren’t just formalities; they reflect the kind of space we’re proud to run.
Clear boundaries build trust, and trust creates a better experience for everyone.
1. No Nudity Policy
We are committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment at all times. As the owners—and as a couple—we take pride in upholding high standards that reflect our shared values of care, integrity, and professionalism.
Clients must remain appropriately draped at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed.
Draping is controlled by the therapist throughout the session.
Underwear must be worn during all treatments—no exceptions.
Any requests for nudity, sexualized services, or fetish-based treatments will result in immediate termination of the session and permanent refusal of service.
This is a professional massage therapy setting, focused solely on health and well-being, not a fetish space. Let’s keep it that way.
2. Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but late cancellations and no-shows impact other clients and our business.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments:
Full payment is required at point of booking to secure your appointment.
No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before will not be refunded. However, any payments can be used within 28 days towards the cost of your next treatment. Cancellation fees after 28 days will not be refunded.
Thank you for respecting our time and the care we invest in each experience.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be treated as a no-show and will be charged as such and payment will be handled as above.
Preparing for Your Treatment
To ensure the most soothing and effective experience for all clients, we kindly ask:
Arrive no more than 5 minutes early to relax, complete a brief consultation and transition gently into your session. If you have any medical conditions, sensitivities or recent injuries, please speak to your GP for advice — your safety and wellbeing is a priority before embarking on any treatments.
3. Health & Contraindications Policy
Your safety is our top priority.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before your session.
If you’re feeling unwell (cold, flu, fever, etc.), we kindly ask you to reschedule.
In some cases, we may need to adapt or delay your session and may request clearance from your healthcare provider.
4. Client Conduct & Behaviour Policy
Respect is a non-negotiable in our treatment space.
Inappropriate behaviour—whether verbal, physical, or suggestive—will result in the session being terminated immediately.
Future bookings will be declined, and repeat offenders may be blacklisted.
This is a safe space for healing, not for crossing boundaries.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality Policy
Your trust means everything to us.
